Depending on the desired result from matte to high-gloss photo paper and from textured paper to ultra-smooth paper. There is also much to choose from in terms of finishing on other durable materials such as aluminum and dibond. Also think of possibilities such as plexification, finishing with protective film, matte lacquer or glossy lacquer, finish on canvas, printing on fabric. Ask about the possibilities!
